Spatial planning allows the space in the room to be used in the most effective and practical ways and is an important first step in a successful design before purchasing your bathroom ware. Using state of the art design technical software we ensure your selection of ware fits perfectly into your space which can simply be handed to your builder and / or contractor for installation.

Using state of the art design technical software we ensure your selection of ware fits perfectly into your space which can simply be handed to your builder and / or contractor for installation.
The Design Process
1. The first step is for us to gain an understanding of your project and requirements. A questionnaire will be sent to you to complete which will give us a clear understanding of your décor style.
2. Secondly, we’ll need your room measurements, photographs of the bathroom/s and inspirational images of bathrooms you love. All this information helps us with the design and spatial layout. Should you feel unsure of your measuring skills, we can recommend a professional who will measure your bathroom/s for you.
3. Thirdly, we start working on your spatial design and product recommendations. This usually takes us 3 – 5 days.
For each spatial plan we charge £200 design fee for our time and expertise. Vaniti House will however refund the design fee should the bathroom ware be supplied by us.
Areas covered for site visits are London, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hertfordshire.
Other outlying areas we offer video consultations, or a site fee may be charged.

Bathrooms can often be complex to install and the importance of having highly skilled team is vital. Vaniti House has partnered with a top contractor who will be able to execute the work and deliver your newly fitted bathroom.
We will brief the contractor and make sure all the products for your bathroom are ordered and delivered for the work to begin. The average building time for one bathroom is approximately 5 weeks.
